Xiaomi, being the number one ranked smartphone manufacturer in China, have finally decided to bring their new laterally announced Hongmi 1S, also known as Redmi 1S smartphone running over the Chinese phone maker's self developed MIUI based Android operating system, after the grand welcome it received for it's 2013 front runner handset, Mi3 in the country, again making it's way through the countryside e-commerce company, Flipkart.
Just like what the online retailer, Flipkart did with the Mi3 smartphones, the new Hongmi 1S will also be available only through a registered flash sale, that will be going live on the 2nd of September, sharp at 2:00 PM local time, offering buyers with the first shipment of 40,000 units of Xiaomi branded devices for just 5999 Indian Rupees, now that's only around 99 United States Dollars.
