Protect yourself from Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The best way to prevent the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic illness is by avoiding your exposure to the virus. Clean your hands often, use soap and water for at least 20 seconds or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean your hands more frequently.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands or after being in the public.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Maintain a safe distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community.
Stay home if you’re sick and take help from local health authorities and medical professionals.
Make sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze. Properly dispose the used tissues in the trash, and immediately clean your hands with soap and water or a hand sanitizer.
Wear a face mask if you are sick or if you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. Do not wear a face mask unless you are caring for someone who is sick.

iQOO will be launching in India and internationally as an independent brand away from Vivo


iQOO a subsidiary of Vivo Communication Technology Co. Ltd, owned by the Chinese multinational firm BBK Electronics Corporation, has been popular brand of choice in their home country, bringing feature-packed higher-end gaming friendly smartphones with an affordable price tag, a similar approach like what Xiaomi did with their former sub-brand POCOPHONE outside China. Recently, the Global Vice President of Xiaomi and Managing Director of Xiaomi India announced that, POCO is now a self-sufficient brand away from Xiaomi Corporation. And today we hear from our friends at 91mobiles that, they have managed to gather some information from their industry sources making suggestions of seeing (much) the same move from iQOO and Vivo as well.

 There might be chances of seeing a iQOO spin-off as an independent brand from it's parent company Vivo. The reports also tells us that iQOO will make it's way to India in the subcontinent, finally crossing the boundaries of China. According to the rumors, we should see the manufacturer arrive in India and to the global market as a separate entity from Vivo sometime in March. However they didn't provide any additional confirmations regarding which iQOO models that will be made available first.

Vivo S1 Pro is coming to India on January 4


Vivo has confirmed that they will soon debut the all new S1 Pro, that was originally launched in Philippines, last month to the subcontinent and will be available in India starting January 4, 2020. The company recently shared a tweet on the phone maker's official Twitter handle for India, confirming that will bring the S1 Pro to India with the unique-shaped quad camera arrangement. They also updated their official Twitter account's cover image as well as the the company's webpage for the country, in regard to the arrival of the latest Vivo S1 Pro, next week. Vivo has also partnered with online retailing giant Amazon.in for the sales of the smartphone in India as Amazon now lists a dedicated page for the handset with the Notify Me button. Unfortunately, Vivo haven't revealed any price details of the device, just yet.

Vivo X30 Pro appears in real-life pictures ahead of launch


While we are waiting for Vivo's official announcement for the vanilla X30 and X30 Pro 5G from China today, we have a couple of real-life hands-on images of the Pro variant show up on the country's social media platform, Weibo. As we have already seen from the past posters formally from the manufacturer, the device glory it's quad camera arrangement from the back featuring the 64MP primary sensor in charge and the quirky 13MP periscope type super telephoto lens that can take pictures at 60x super-zoom and 5x optical zoom (now labeled as 64MP MEGA ZOOM below the camera setup), and we already saw the company's Product Manager from China show us some photographs taken from the handset yesterday. From the front the device boasts a single punch hole style front facer housed under the 6.89" Full High Definition Pus SuperAMOLED display at a refresh rate of 90Hz and running Android version 10 topped with FuntouchOS UI. The device here is shown off in the Black paint job as seen earlier.

Vivo China's Product Manager has shared a few shots captured from the forthcoming X30 Pro 5G supported smartphone's quad cameras consisting the 64 megapixels primary sensor and the unique 13 megapixels periscope type super telephoto lens featuring 60x super-zoom and 5x optical zoom. These pictures you see attached below has been taken with the Vivo X30 Pro handset, showing off it's phenomenal zooming capabilities. Even after getting through the uploading compression of Weibo's social media platform, these images still appear to be sharp, with minimum noise, giving us the glance of the Beijing city in three different stages of zoom. From the third picture, you are able to read out the name of the building in focus, CM CENTER when the sensor's fully zoomed-in, unlike from the first image, we are not even able to notice the building's existence. We will see more on the smartphone officially from Vivo tomorrow as we are waiting for the formal launch of X30 and X30 Pro from the Chinese.

Vivo iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition is now retailing in China


Vivo launched the iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition back on December 6 and we told you that this gamer-friendly phone will go up for sales in the home country on December 12. Keep the word to their consumers, we have Vivo offering their latest handset, already up for sales in the country from the manufacturer's own webstore. iQOO Neo 855 Racing Edition will be available in two variants and three color options, an 8GB RAM/128GB ROM option for $370.05 and 12GB RAM/128GB option coming in at $398.54. The phones will ship in Electric Light Mint, Carbon Black and Iceland Aurora color options, skipping the Electric Light Mint for the 12GB RAM model right now.

Vivo V17 arrives in India, pre-orders open


As expected Vivo held an event in India today, bringing their all new V17 smartphone, that was launched in Russia back in November to this country in South Asia. The manufacturer already started taking pre-orders for the handset in India and will be available through their online web store at a price of $323.68 for the 8GB RAM/128GB model that will ship in Glazier Ice White and Midnight Black color options. The new phone from Vivo comes with some exciting launch offers for their customers, that includes priority shipping for pre-orders, $168.95 worth of benefits from Jio and 5% cashback from HDFC and ICICI bank's CC and EMI options, alongside no cost EMI for up to 12 months.

Vivo iQOO Neo 855+ will arrive tomorrow in China


Vivo is all set for the launch of their latest smartphone in China, as the company today shared an image with us on the Chinese social media website Weibo, teasing and hinting us the official launch of the manufacturer's all new iQOO Neo 855+ in their home country tomorrow. We saw the handset powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855+ chipset pass through the TENAA certification last week. When taking a look at the smartphone here on the poster shared by Vivo lately, we can also confirm the phone will bring a punch hole style secondary front facing camera on the top center of the device with barely any bezels, like seen from the previously surfaced images.

Vivo schedules an event on December 9 in India


We have heard that the Chinese technology company have reportedly sent out invites to the media in India for their upcoming event scheduled in the country on December 9. As you can see in the attached image below, the manufacturer haven't revealed the name of the smartphone they are planning to introduce in India. The only clue we've got here is that the upcoming phone from the Chinese will feature a punch hole style camera and also looks to trait surprisingly broad bezels on the top of the device. As far as our conceptions advise, we maybe looking forward to an official announcement of a slightly different version of the Vivo S5 that was recently launched in manufacturer's home country or the Vivo V17 that made it's debut in Russia earlier this week.

More teasers of upcoming Vivo X30 smartphone are here


Vivo once again made rounds on the Chinese social media network Weibo with their newest and forthcoming 5G supported Android offering. The company seems to have shared some more images teasing the arrival of their latest X30 smartphones that is expected to pack tons of features from the camera department. Earlier we have already seen the device show up in an official teaser video bragging their all new innovation in smartphone photography, that will bring a dedicated periscope style 60x super-telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom capabilities to the upcoming series featuring 60MP and 64MP primary cameras on the back of the Vivo X30 Pro and the standard X30 model, respectively. We also get to see the available color options of the brand new phone from Vivo with this new post from the phone maker. You can check out more pictures shared by Vivo in our source link below.
