Protect yourself from Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The best way to prevent the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic illness is by avoiding your exposure to the virus. Clean your hands often, use soap and water for at least 20 seconds or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean your hands more frequently.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands or after being in the public.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Maintain a safe distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community.
Stay home if you’re sick and take help from local health authorities and medical professionals.
Make sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze. Properly dispose the used tissues in the trash, and immediately clean your hands with soap and water or a hand sanitizer.
Wear a face mask if you are sick or if you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. Do not wear a face mask unless you are caring for someone who is sick.

Xiaomi Mi4 16GB in White is open for pre-orders



The Chinese manufacturer, Xiaomi has opened pre-orders for their 2014 flagship smartphone, Mi4. The specs for this phone is absolutely mind boggling. With a Snapdragon 801 inside clocked at 2.5GHz and 3GB DDR3 RAM keep the Full HD 1080p screen running at a really high speed. And the 13 MP rear camera and 8 MP 'selfie' unit with Sony CMOS sensor keeps photography lover at its best. The phone runs it's latest MIUI 6 on top of Android KitKat 4.4.3. And to keep all them running we have large 3,080mAh battery. The price though is on higher side with $459.99 for 16 GB variant, Xiaomi also offering free flip leather case, touch pen and a screen protector.

Huawei's Press Conference scheduled for September 4



Huawei, one of the Chinese manufacturer which has been ruling the markets after Samsung and Apple has called for their Press Conference on September 4th, that is the day before this year's International Franchise Association takes it's place in Berlin, Germany.

It is still unknown what is Huawei's plans for the event and which phone will be unveiled, fortunately thanks GSMArena and all other rumors around the web, as we guess it's their next front runner handset. So, the upcoming flagship will have a six-inches Quad High Definition display with Kirin branded 920 chipset, Mali T628MP4 GPU, three gigabytes of RAM, 13 megapixels main camera on the back and a five MP shooter on the front. But this isn't only for what Huawei has called us. We might also see another device with a Full HD 1080p screen and two gigs of Random Access Memory while other specs still remain under cover. If the phone comes according to the leaks then Huawei may just kick up their sales in Q4 of 2014.

OnePlus One gets to CM 11S Android 4.4.4 KitKat via an OTA update



OnePlus has decided "Slowly Rolling Out" of the CyanogenMod 11S OTA (30O) Android next 4.4.4 KitKat update to it's current front runner smartphone OnePlus One. The new update and changelog will allow the OnePlus One users to fade all most all the problems they've been facing till date. Here is the list of upgrades and enhancements you will be receiving with the new over-the-air firmware update.
  • Upgraded to Android 4.4.4
  • Updated to new versions of Google applications
  • Added Clear Image
  • Added new (colder) calibration for the screen
  • Proximity sensor prevents activation of off-screen gestures while in your pocket
  • Capacitive touch keys supported in the recovery mode

Among the number of new refreshes and other changes in the handset, the new CM 11S OTA will also bring the very important (at least for the company) camera feature, dubbed as Clear Image.

Xiaomi announces Mi3 in Green only for 16 gigs version



The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has announced a new Green version for their 2013 flagship phone, Mi3. The bad news is that Green color is only available for 16 gigs model. Though the market availability isn't specified yet. The Green version will provide Xiaomi a better chance of competition with big companies like Samsung, LG, HTC, etc.
